Do You Want A Late Night Snack?

Hey steemit friends today I'm going to teach you how to make a brownie in a mug. I know what you're thinking, this is really weird but it taste good. A couple nights ago I made a brownie in a cup before i went bed and it tasted like a chocolate cake and a brownie combined which was amazing. Its a really simple recipe and it doesn't require a large amount of materials.

You'll Need:

4 TB of sugar( either brown or white will work)
1 egg
2 Tb of oil( or 1 TB of butter melted)
1 TB of flour
2 TB of cocoa powder

You're just going to mix all these ingredients in a large mug. Make sure it is mixed well, you don't want a clump of flour in your mouth. When it is completely mixed just put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds or until it looks cooked( depends on the power of the microwave). The brownie may rise over the mug, but that is complexly normal. It should deflate slightly after coming out of the microwave and cooling. If you want you could always add whatever you want to the mix like nuts. You can also add icing on top if you want or powdered sugar. I think this recipe taste really good and is good for a midnight snack. I hope you all try this out!!
