Homemade Yellow Jack Nigiri 12-2-2017
Spearfishing off Dania Beach we caught 3 yellow jack, 2 hog fish (19 inches and 16 inches), and 4 spiny lobster. Decided to make some nigiri toped with scallions and a ddab of truffle oil with the yellow jack.

How did you catch the lobster?
We catch them with a "tickle stick" aka snare or hand grab them.
Wow that is amazing! Do you need a boat or can you catch them from the shore?
