[ITA-ENG] Biscotti con gocce di cioccolato - Chocolate Chip Cookie 🍪
Qualche giorno fa ho voluto preparare per merenda i classici biscotti con le gocce al cioccolato, famosi molto in america e apprezzati in tutto il mondo.
La realizzazione è davvero semplice, in pochi minuti possiamo ottenere questi gustosissimi biscotti fragranti e profumatissimi ricchi di gocce di cioccolato!
A few days ago I wanted to prepare for snack the classic chocolate chip cookies, very famous in America and appreciated all over the world.
The realization is really simple, in a few minutes we can get these tasty and fragrant biscuits rich in chocolate drops!
:Ingredienti:📝
Farina - 300 gr
Uova - 2
Zucchero - 200 gr
Burro - 250 gr
Gocce di cioccolato fondente - 300 gr
Bicarbonato - 5 gr
Sale - 5 gr
Estratto di vaniglia - 5 ml

All-purpose flour - 300 gr
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 200 gr
Butter - 250 gr
Dark chocolate chips - 300 gr
Baking soda - 5 gr
Salt - 5 gr
Vanilla extract - 5 ml
:Preparazione: 👩🏻🍳
1️⃣ Iniziamo ad amalgamare il burro morbido con lo zucchero. Mescoliamo bene fino ad ottenere una crema liscia.
A questo punto aggiungiamo il resto degli ingredienti.

Let's start mixing the soft butter with the sugar. Mix well until you get a smooth cream.
At this point we add the rest of the ingredients.
2️⃣ Mescoliamo energicamente fino ad ottenere un composto piuttosto denso e omogeneo.
Per terminare, rivestiamo una teglia foderata con carta forno e con un cucchiaio adagiamo il composto ottenendo delle palline ben distanziate tra loro.
Con queste dosi otterremo circa 20 biscotti.
Cuociamo i nostri cookies in forno statico preriscaldato a 180 °C per 10 min circa.
2️⃣ We mix vigorously until we obtain a rather dense and homogeneous compound.
To finish, cover a baking pan lined with baking paper and lay the mixture with a spoon to obtain balls well spaced apart.
With these doses we will obtain about 20 biscuits.
We bake our cookies in a static oven preheated to 180 °C for about 10 min.
