Beer sticks with sesame seeds *Recipe
Ingredients:
800 g flour (about 5 cups)
1 baking powder
Salt
1 egg
2.5 dcl of oil
2.5 dcl beer
Sesame
Egg yolks with a little milk or cream for coating the dough
Preparation:
Combine flour with baking powder, add salt and egg, mix with oil and beer. Blend the dough.
Let the dough stand for 30-45 minutes. Split the dough on the four balls.
Roll out the dough, the dough needs to be thin (5 mm), lightly whisk the egg yolks with a little milk and spread on the the dough and sprinkle with sesame.
Cut into sticks, and "roll" ... put in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake about 230 degrees until it is finish for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy with a glass of beer!
