I got the chance to eat amazing Asian fusion food at the best restaurant in Big Island called Moon & Turtle, located in Hilo, Hawaii.
It's run by a married couple, Sony and Mark who bring Hawaiian hospitality with fine dining. Check out the menu and food that I ate. So delicious!

It looks very rich your food, especially the foot of lemon, Hawaii is one of the places that I would like to get to know
