Scottish egg cheese Balls.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup crushes cheddar yellow cheese
- 2 slices steamed chicken
- Half cup milk
- 8 eggs
- One quarter salt teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese less (salted)
- Spinach 2 cup
Instructions:
Mix egg with salt, milk, Parmesan cheese, spinach, cheddar cheese in bowl with mixer.
Preheat oven in 300 degrees
Use small pan with ball shapes and spray with cooking non flavored oil.
Each ball has to covered with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 mints.
