 1. ATTENTION!

We are all accustomed to storing food and heating at the time of consumption. Some foods may overheat while others are not used as chemicals in foods once they have been reheated. We are not aware that there are only a few foods when they get hot again, they lose their nutritional benefits, and they damage our body. They can become poisonous and make you sick. Potatoes, for example, heat bacteria, while green leafy vegetables such as spinach and celery, rich in iron and nitrates, are heated to nitrites and carcinogenic foods. Here is the list of foods you should never heat up.

2. Rice

Raw rice contains spores that become bacteria that can survive even after the rice continues cooking. If the fried rice remains left at room temperature, it can grow too much and cause diarrhea and vomiting.

3. Potatoes

Potatoes are filled with nutrients and lose their nutritional value when heated. If left at room temperature, there is an increase in the bacteria that cause botulism.

4. Mushrooms

Protein-rich fungi change their structure when they warm up, which can be harmful to the body. The heated fungus can cause digestive problems such as bloating and stomach pain.

5. Eggs

Heating eggs at high temperatures can interfere with their absorption by the body.

6. Chicken

The high protein content of the chickens is affected by the heating. This can cause severe digestive problems because it disrupts the structure of the protein when it is heated.

7. Beetroot

Beets are rich in nitrates, and when heated again, they become nitrites that are not healthy for the body.

8. Green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables before-mentioned as spinach and celery are rich in iron and nitrates, and when heated can become nitrites and carcinogenic foods.
