Aren't these called Chorizo kuya @allmonitors? Those taste good and colored pink. I think you shot this in a wet market. I used to see those sausages whenever I go with my mom to buy some meat. They're also fancy. :)
well they have the similarity, both are pork sausage :)
Chorizo are more greasy and a little bit hot. Chorizo has a hard taste, people around you will know you are eating it when you open your mouth! xDD
