Daily food blog (#3) - Dinner for tonight

The most delicious beef menu I have ever had! It's what we called "beef caldereta". My dad cooked it for our dinner. He boiled it for many hours just to have that soft and tender beef we have been wanting to in this kind of dish.

Beef Caldereta is a beef stew cooked with tomato sauce and liver spread. Ingredients such as potato, carrots, bell peppers, and olives are also utilized when cooking this dish.
