3/4 Lb dry salt cod, Hydrated and pounded
1 Cauliflower, Boiled, peeled and pounded
2 Tsp Parsley, Minced
1/2 Onion, Finely minced, sautéed
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Grape seed oil
Salt, To taste
