I know I'm not getting the vitamins my body needs from my diet, that's why I decided to switch my breakfast with raw juice... I'm also thinking of taking a multi-vitamin. Great post, thanks for the info!!

I do the same with my breakfast. It feels so good to put the most healthiest foods in us with the first meal! :)
