POLLO EN SALSA VERDE.
ES UNA COMIDA CON SABOR ACIDITO PERO RIQUÍSIMA
PONDREMOS EL POLLO EN LA OLLA CON UN POCO DE AGUA, QUE CUBRA LAS PIEZAS, A TEMPERATURA MEDIA.
DE PREFERENCIA UTILIZO UNA OLLA DE PELTRE O BARRO, NO DE ALUMINIO , POR LO ÁCIDO DEL TOMATE.
MIENTRAS SE EMPIEZA A COCER EL POLLO, ASAMOS EL TOMATE VERDE, CEBOLLA Y CHILE SERRANO,
YA ASADOS, SE PONEN EN LICUADORA CON AJO, UN PEDAZO MAS DE CEBOLLA CRUDA, CONSOMÉ DE POLLO, ORÉGANO Y PIMIENTA MOLIDA, CILANTRO Y SAL AL GUSTO.
CUÁNDO ESTÉ HIRVIENDO EL POLLO, SE AGREGA EL TOMATE LICUADO Y EL CHILE DULCE.
SE DEJA QUE SE CUEZA COMPLETAMENTE EL POLLITO .
SE ACOMPAÑA CON ARROZ Y LISTO . A COMER !.

Una manera distinta y original de preparar al pollo; al menos en este parte del mundo nunca había visto dicha receta.
Gracias por compartir e intente escribir el cuerpo de su texto en minúsculas; las mayúsculas cargan mucho y dan un aspecto grotesco a su artículo.
Gracias por el consejo Don Quijote lo tendré en cuenta para mis próximas redacciones.
Voy a sentirme rara pero lo trataré de hacer, es que casi toda mi vida he utilizado mayúsculas, es como una parte de mi personalidad.
