Chrysanthemum Tea: Dim Sum
A key component of Dim Sum is drinking tea. This is thought to blend out any oils or fried foods you'll be consuming during your meal.
One of my favorites is Chrysanthemum tea, which actually is a flower and is not a tea leaf. Had trouble spelling that? Yes, I had to look it up too. Typically I drink about 8 cups.
At dim sum restaurants, they usually don't come in a transparent tea pot, but I chose this picture so that you could get a clearer look into the flower.
What's your favorite tea during dim sum and have you drank Chrysanthemum yet?
