What a shit, that does not belong but it must be said times. Since we were somehow to lazy today something to cook, I thought I would bake again a fresh bread. Just like getting all the ingredients in the bowl, everything blended well ... .. But then, the dough is not liquid as always. So add more flour until the package of flour was all. Then the dough was also a little tighter. So put the dough into the mold and into the oven so he can go something. After 20 minutes the surprise, the dough runs over the mold. Easily stressed I opened the oven and spread the dough to a 2nd form. Then I put the oven also 180 degrees of circulating air and hoped that the loaves would be good. Another 30 minutes later I wondered that the bread is not brown. It looked like a white bread! After the end of the baking period it was not much browner than before. Now (and this is important) my wife realized that I had taken the wrong flour. Hmmmmmm

was für eine Scheisse, das gehört sich nicht aber es muss mal gesagt werden. Da wir irgendwie zu Faul waren heute etwas zu Kochen, hab ich mir gedacht ich backe wieder einmal ein frisches Brot. So wie immer alle Zutaten in die Schüssel gegeben, alles gut vermengt…….. Aber dann, der Teig ist Flüssig nicht so wie immer. Also mehr Mehl dazu geben, bis das Paket Mehl alle war. Dann war der Teig auch etwas fester. Also den Teig in die Form und ab in den Ofen, damit er etwas gehen kann. Nach 20 Minuten die Verwunderung, der Teig läuft über die Form. Leicht gestresst hab ich den Ofen geöffnet und den Teig auf eine 2. Form verteilt. Dann habe ich den Ofen auch 180 Grad Umluft gestellt und gehofft das die Brote gut werden. Weitere 30 Minuten später wunderte ich mich, das das Brot nich braun wird. Es sah aus wie ein Weissbrot! Nach ende der Backzeit war es nich viel brauner als zuvor. Jetzt (und das ist wichtig) stellte meine Frau fest das ich das falsche Mehl genommen hatte. Hmmmmmm

Nach dem Das Weissbrot ausgekühlt war, haben wir es angeschnitten. Und was soll ich Sagen es ist eines der Besten Brote geworden was ich je gebacken habe.
