Soy Milk Tofu - Honolulu, Hawaii

My friend bought this soy milk tofu from a Japanese bento place called Obento Rinka. She said it was really good and wanted me to try it. I took a little bite and was surprised to find that it was silky soft. It was sitting in what seemed to be a subtle soy sauce flavored gelatin which added to the texture. I must admit that it was really good. If you like tofu, I'd recommend trying it.
