Pandemic Eating - Tempura for Dinner - Honolulu Hawaii

I went to a Japanese restaurant last night. I ordered this Fish and Vegetable Tempura dish.

I saw it on the menu and was surprised it did not have the traditional Shrimp so I decided to give it a try.

It was very good.

The batter and the frying was done very well.
