Pandemic Eating - Broiled Hamachi Collar for Dinner - Honolulu Hawaii

We went out to a Japanese Fusion Restaurant last night. We ordered an appetizer of broiled hamachi (yellow tail) collar.

This was the most delicious of the dishes we had last night.

If it wasn't so expensive I would have wanted a couple more.
