Today, i am going to share with steemians a very healthy breakfast juice recipe " A Muskmelon Shake"!

Muskmelon has many advantages..It is an excellent fruit especially for pregnant women..

HEALTH BENEFITS:-

Prevents baby from birth defects.
Rich in folic acid and iron.
Induces breast milk production.
Manages weight and has low calories .
It has antioxidants that protects our body against breast, prostate, lungs and pancreatic cancers.

Ingredients:-

Milk=1 glass chilled
Vanilla ice cream = 2 big scoops
Sugar = as per taste
MuskMelon = 1 small cup diced

Add all the above ingredients all together in a juicer and grind till a frothy smooth shake is ready...

      i dunno what it is about musk melon that i love so much but its flavor is absolutely delightful, its really so hard for me to describe, when i was in japan i had a musk melon milkshake, i guess similar to the one you just made here, but it was a brand new taste for me cuz we dont have these in nyc, but it was juts .... "memorable" thanks for remind me of its taste.
