Love for middle eastern cuisine

The first meal I had in Vatta after traveling for almost 10 hours 😀

It's a popular middle eastern dish called 'Shakshouka'. Have you noticed how middle eastern food is getting popular at tourist places in india since last few years? I first saw such variety of this cuisine in Kasol.
Since then I have found it almost everywhere. And seriously, no complaints about this. This cuisine has my heart.
