HOME MADE CAKE !!

Hello friends , during my stay over here at haldwani. i have tried an eggless CAKE!
Prepr. Time:10minutes
Cook time:45minutes
Serves:6-8
INGREDIENTS:-
ā”all purpose flour- 1cup
ā”baking powder- 1\2 tablespoon
ā”baking soda- 1\4 tablesspoon
ā”salt 1,pinch
ā”powdered sugar-1\4 cup
ā”condensed milk- 1\2 cup
ā”butter-1\4 cup
ā”milk- 1\2 cup
ā”vanilla extract-1.5 to 2 tablespoon
ā”chopped dry fruits- 2tablespoon
Now the method!!
āGrease cake tin , & keep aside.preheat oven.
āIn bowl , combine together powdered sugar,condensed milk & butter using a wisk. Mix well.
ā In another bowl, combine together all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda & salt using a wisk.
āFold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture in 2 batches alternating with the milk!
ā Add vanilla extract,dry fruits. Mix well , untill combined.
āSpoon the batter into greased cake tin*
āplace cake tin into oven ,for 30 minutes , untill a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
ācarefully remove the cake tin, allow it to cool slightly & invert the cake tin to remove the cake!!
Decorate as you likeā¤
