Roasted sweet potatoes
I just drove through a school, encountered a sold roasted sweet potato, in the very far to smell the taste of sweet potatoes, I bought two, $5 a pound, this sweet potato is yellow heart ,very sweet.
I prefer to use the mud to burn sweet potatoes
The simplest way to cook them. I had an experiment recently after I bought some. I threw one into the Airfryer and did something similar. After that, it was so easy and clean to eat. I just pry it open and bite. Could even use a spoon to just dig it out and feed myself. :-)
hope u enjoyed it. they taste better when hot. they can be fried too with sugarcoating. as for their leaves, they can be made as a salad. boil in water for 10seconds or less, dont over cook it. sprinkle a bit of salt or anchovies,topped with sliced tomatoes and voila!
You really don't have to do much to them to make them delicious! China is the only place I have seen them as street food!
