Sweet Cassava Cake (Godok-godok)

This time I wanted to share something that might be helpful to all of us and certainly very different from previous postings. as we know each country or each region has its own specialties. whether it's fast food or processed food itself and how its production is very easy and not difficult. Today I want to share ways to make a cake from sweet cassava which community here usually mention by name Godok-godok. and here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients :
a. prepare the sweet cassava as needed
b. Several spoons of sugar according to taste
c. a little salt
d. Vanilla to taste
e. cooking oil (for frying batter)

The first step is to prepare a couple of peeled cassava skin and it's been cleaned up.

Then the second step is to grate the cassava by using simple grater, grate the cassava until smooth like images below.

Then squeeze the water so that the dough does not contain lots of water, then after that, put ingredients like sugar, a pinch of salt and a little vanilla into sweet potato that has been shredded, to add the scent into the food.

After the above ingredients stirred into the dough until flat, then the dough is lumped to form dough results like the image below.

After that the dough is ready to be fried in a skillet that has contained the oil and has been heated. Fried until done.

Then the cake Sweet Cassava (Godok-godok) ready to be presented and ready to be enjoyed.
