Some of the materials needed:
500 gr / 4-5 pieces of tilapia. 500 ml coconut milk first juice
250 ml of vegetable oil to taste. 2 cm galangal, geprak or thinly sliced
5 kaffir lime leaves. 3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons of sugar or to taste. 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
1 handful basil leaves. 2 pieces of lemongrass. 1 tomato. 10 green chili.
Softened seasoning:
6 red onions. 2 cloves of garlic. 6 red chilies.1 teaspoon salt.
8 pieces of cayenne pepper.1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar.
