Rose Biscuit 玫瑰花饼干

Today I want to share with you this rose biscuit, I made it yesterday for my family to celebrate the first day of New Year.
it is sweet and crisp, with the flavor of rose, except for afternoon tea, you can also travel with a box of it.It will make you more energy.
Ingredients:
- dried rose flower 6
- low glutin flour 140g
- butter 50g
- powdered sugar 30g
- powdered milk 10g
- egg 1
Instructions:
1 Washed dried roses and warm soaked for about 1 hour. Selected good petals, dry with kitchen paper and set aside.
2, Butter chopped and In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3, Add egg liquid, continue to stir it
4, Add in sifted low gluten flour, milk powder to the bowl,very gently fold in the sifted flour with a rubber spatula.

5, Knead it into a smooth dough
6 ,Put it in a mold or wrapped in plastic in the fridge frozen for 40 minutes.
7, Took the frozen dough, sliced and put in the bakeware wrapped tin foil .

8,Put rose petals dipped in liquid egg on the top of it.
9, Preheat the oven to 160 degrees ,bake for 20 -30 minutes.Cool it and dished up .

干玫瑰花6朵,
低筋面粉140g
黄油 50g
糖粉30g
奶粉10g
鸡蛋 1个
做法:
1 干玫瑰花洗净泡开,约1小时。挑选好花瓣,晾干备用。
2、黄油切碎软化,用糖粉打发蓬松。
3、加入鸡蛋液,继续搅拌。
4、加入筛过的低筋面粉,奶粉,用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀。
5、混合材料并揉成光滑的长方体面团。
6、放入磨具或裹保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻40分钟。
7、把冷冻的面团,切成薄片,放入铺上锡纸的烤盘上。
8、玫瑰花瓣蘸点蛋液点缀上面装饰。
9、烤箱预热,160度烤20分钟-30分钟。冷却装盘。
