Homemade Pork Jelly

Pork jelly is a kind of traditional food that is made by pigskin.it belongs to the cold dishes.
Put the pigskin removed the fur in appropriate dressing, for a long time of stewing, make soup that contains certain skin collagen , and then cooling, after cooling ,pigskin and soup can solidify together, can be eated ,served with seasonings .Because it is edible after cooling, cooling can be called frozen, it is called a pigskin frozen.

Ingredients:

  • pigskin
  • pepper
  • salt
  • anise
  • water

Instructions:

1 Wash pigskin, put it in the boiling water and cook it for 5 minutes;

2, remove the hair of pig and the fat ,this step is very important ,you need a little of patience;

3, cut the pigskin into slim strips;

4, add water to a pot ,the water is about three times more than the pigskin;

5, add some salt, soy sauce, soy sauce (don't like the color ,you won't add soy sauce) ginger, spring onion ,pepper to the pot.

6, cook it over high heat , then turn it into a small fire to stew it slowly for about 1 hour.

7, pick out the ginger slices, spring onion ,seasoning and then pour it into a container, cool it in the fridge for 3 hours .

8, when eating ,slice it served with your favorite sauce .

According to your favorite sauce ,such as garlic, soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil is ok .

猪皮冻是一种用猪皮熬制而成的传统特色美食,属于凉菜。将除了毛的猪皮,放入适当的调料,进行长时间的熬制,使熬制的汤里含有一定的皮胶含量,然后再冷却,冷却后猪皮和汤就会凝固在一起,沾上调料,即可食用.因为是冷却后食用,冷却可以说作是冷冻,所以叫作猪皮冻.

因为含有丰富的胶原蛋白,所以吃它还有美容的功效哦!

原料:
猪皮
花椒
八角

1、猪皮洗干净,放开水里煮上5分钟;
2、拔掉猪毛,刮净油脂,这一步很需要耐心;
3、把收拾干净的猪皮切成细条;
4、锅内加水,水大约是猪皮的三倍;
5、把花椒大料装调料盒,加点盐,酱油,老抽(不喜欢颜色的就不加老抽了)姜片、葱段;
6、大火烧开,转为小火慢慢熬,大概熬1小时;
7、挑出姜片,葱段,调料盒,然后倒入一个容器,放凉了以后,放入冰箱,凝固了就行了;
8、吃的时候切片,加自己喜欢的辣椒油什么的调料。

根据个人喜好,可选沾料如蒜泥、酱油、陈醋、麻油、油辣等。

Very interesting. In Denmark we also like pork a lot, but we use the pigskin for flæskesvær roasted so it is crispy - often on top of the roasted meat.
