Dry-fried Pleurotus Eryngii 干煸杏鲍菇
This is a olio of vegetarian , though named dry-fried Pleurotus eryngii , I don't add it too much , if you like to eat it ,can reduce the quantity of other ingredients, adding a little more of pleurotus eryngii is also delicious.
I didn't add the pork, the taste of pleurotus eryngii is similiar to the meat .the most simple way of cooking is that after frying ,add the salt and pepper to taste, can taste its original flavor.
Ingredients:
- Pleurotus eryngii
- carrot
- gree sweet pepper
- pepper
- red chili
- garlic
- ginger
- soy sauce
- salt
Instructions:
1 wash and clean the pleurotus eryngii ,carrot, green sweet pepper and drain them .
2 slice them.
garlic, ginger slices.
4 take a thick bottom of no-stick frying pan to heat it for 2 minutes,
add pleurotus eryngii to it and dry fry for 2 minutes, fried dry, remove it to a plate.
5 add a little oil to the frying pan ,fry dried red chili , stir-fried for a while
Add ginger, garlic, Chinese SiChuang pepper ,continue stir-fried, over low heat .
Stir it untill fragrance from the pan.
Then add the pleurotus eryngii to the pan,stir-fried for a minute ,
add in the carrot, then stir a minute ,
Add green pepper stir a few seconds , add light soy sauce, salt to it .mix well. the dish is done .
Dish up ,enjoy it .
干煸杏鲍菇
这是一道素食者的什锦菜,虽说是干煸杏鲍菇,但是蘑菇我放的并不太多,喜欢多吃蘑菇的,可以减少其它配菜。我没有放猪肉,杏鲍菇的口感跟肉很相似,最简单的烹饪方式就是煎完撒盐和花椒调味,就能品尝出蘑菇最原始的风味。
原料:
杏鲍菇
胡萝卜
青椒
花椒
红辣椒
姜片
蒜片
生抽
盐
做法:
1 杏鲍菇,胡萝卜,青椒洗净,控干水分。
2 青椒胡萝卜切薄片。杏鲍菇用刮皮刀刮薄片,再用手撕两段。
3 蒜,姜切片。
4 取一个厚底的平底锅加热2分钟,放入杏鲍菇干炒2分钟,炒干水分,装盘待用。
5 平底锅内放入少许油,放入干红辣椒,煸炒一会儿
放入姜片,蒜片,花椒,继续煸炒,一定要中小火,不要炒糊了。翻炒至香气飘出,
接着放入煸炒过的杏鲍菇,翻炒几下,下入胡萝卜,再翻炒几下,
最后放入青椒翻炒几下,加生抽,盐调味
装盘,就可以上桌享用啦!
