Chocolate Cake With Mango 芒果巧克力蛋糕

This is chocolate cake with mango which I did a few days ago. Usually, I don't like to eat too sweet cake, so I reduced amount of sugar in the chocolate mango cake, tasting rich chocolate flavor. simple recipe and easy to do. Ingredients:

Low-gluten flour 70g
cocoa powder 30g
eggs 5
corn oil 40g
sugar 15 (beat in egg yolk)
sugar 30 (beat in egg white)
milk 75ml

Ingredients for the topping :

mango
shredded coconut

Instructions:

1 Beat an egg and separate egg white and yolk, put them in two large bowl respectively ,there is no oil and no water in the bowl .
add corn oil ,sugar and milk to the egg yolk . stir it using a hand whisk or chopsticks. set aside.

2 Sift the Low-gluten flour, cocoa powder and add them to the yolk using a rubber scraper to mix well.

3 Use electric hand beater to whisk the egg whites until pale and fluffy , then beat in sugar in three times until stiff . when you hold electric hand beater up ,you can see standing angular shape on the top of the egg white . Specific picture in my previous post

4 Put the meringue in yolk in three times ,each time needs to stir evenly .
Don't stir too long .

5 put the batter into a baking tray wrapped with waxpaper.

6 Preheat the oven to 150-160 C ,bake it for about 50 minutes until risen ,light golden .a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
7 take it out and cool it .

Peel the mango and slice it. take three pieces and roll them, form a flower.

8 cut the chocalate cake into small pieces and decorate it with mango and shredded coconut.

芒果巧克力蛋糕

原料:
低筋面粉 70g
可可粉 30g
玉米油 40g
牛奶75ml
糖放入蛋黄15g
糖放入蛋白 30g
芒果 一个
做法:
做法:
1 鸡蛋分离蛋清和蛋黄,都放入无油无水的大碗中。
低筋面粉和可可粉过筛。
2 蛋黄里加入糖,搅拌均匀,加入牛奶,加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。加入低筋面粉和可可粉,拌匀。

3 蛋清先用电动打蛋器打发鱼眼泡,然后加入10g糖,继续搅打,再加入10g糖,继续搅打一会儿,加入其余的糖,打发至干性泡发。

4 把打发好的蛋白霜分3次加入蛋黄糊里。上下拌匀。不要过度搅拌哦。

5 拌匀的面糊倒入模具中,不要倒满,蛋糕受热会膨胀起来。

6 烤箱预热,150-160度 50分钟至表面金黄,用牙签扎进中间,抽出牙签干净整洁 即可。

7 烤好的蛋糕凉凉 切片 装饰水果即可。
