Looks amazing. Is Rocket the same thing as arrugula? Love the toppings and the fact that it is a puffed pastry crust. Just make sure you have a bib on or eat it over a plate, that stuff gets all over your shirt. I know from experience from eating puff pastry sweets in the car fresh out of the bakery lol.
