Why not shake it up!

Deemed as the most important meal of the day because it gets our bodies going, I am not a big fan of breakfast; I've never been one. Thank the Gods of food for healthy shakes like ItWorks protein powder, that's what I'm having for breakfast today. I love it, not only is it quick to make- less than five minutes, but it's packing with good nutrients for my body - all plant based ingredients, dairy free, promotes weight loss and healthy muscle mass. One serving has 100 calories and for added flavor I add some of my favorite fruits and vegetable, today I am adding strawberries. This keeps me full for about two and half hours just enough time before my mid-morning snack. Have a good morning guys!
