It's really hard for a guy like me who loves food and loves to workout too 😭😭
The struggle is real guys
You cant resist this type of delicious steak while you are on diet
I bet no one can resist it lol

While i was on diet i had to eat these too steak it's REALLY HARD TO CONTROL
My Workout routine was good so don't worry I recovered it Thank God hahaha
