Tinolang Manok is one of those famous soup dishes during the rainy season as the broth extracted from the chicken is felt to tge soup. I have to admit it Boiled Chicken < Fried Chicken, there is always that thought when eating a Tinolang Manok that gives it a state of Rawness. I know I am not the only one who feels that way but as soon as you eat and taste it you won't even mind.

Now from the most part the chicken that comes with these dish are the ones that are natively found in the country or who are endemic. In short the chickens used are Native which we all know are raised naturally without those injections and other chemicals needed to change the quality of the chicken.

The chicken being natove is obvious as you will mostly see small parts. Also before you cook the chicken the skin is always remove from the meat. Pro Tip : You don't wanna knoe what Chicken Skin Taste like in Tinolang Manok. Removing the skin before cooking will save you time from removing it while it is now cooked. Plus the people eating will find it more appealing to see the meat rather than the skin.

The two other main ingredients of the dish is the wedges of green papaya and leaves of malunggay. With those two added it makes the dish a much more healthy soup dish as both if them have health benefits for our body. Honestly Tinolang Manok is one of my least favorite pinoy foods but I won't even complain if this dish is served on a daily basis in our house. It is one if those food that you will never go wrong.

Thank you for reading the post. This is actually the food that I ate for lunch and had the idea of taking pictures with it. If you liked it leaving an upvote will truly be appreciated.
