MY HOMEMADE CHICKEN STUFFING SKILLET DINNER!!! (18 ORIGINAL PHOTOS)

This is my homemade chicken stuffing skillet dinner, with vegetables.


You first start off with one box for stuffing, turkey or chicken stuffing will do just fine. Mix by adding 1 1/2 cups of water to the stuffing mix and set aside.

I make up 1 box of stuffing mix. Then set aside until you need to include in your dish.


Grate about 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. And set aside till you need it a little later.

This is the amount of grated cheddar cheese you will need.


Take 2 boneless/skinless and make sure you pat them with a paper towel.

Put your skillet with a little bit of oil in it. Heat until hot.

I cut my chicken breast into four pieces so it cooks easier.

Cook chicken till cooked through and not pink in the middles.

This is how I cook my chicken.

Once chicken is cooked, put on a plate and set aside until you need it.

Sorry this picture is so dark. Next you put your prepared stuffing mixture and spread it out over the bottom of your skillet.

Then you take your cooked chicken and place it on top of stuffing in your pan. I place it like the picture shows.

You then take 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and pour over stuffing and chicken evenly.


Take your 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese and evenly sprinkle over the mixture in your pan.

After sprinkling the cheese cover your pan with cover and heat on medium to low until everything is hot through.

And after heated through, here is your finished dish. Ready to serve.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS RECIPE:
2 cans of chicken soup
2 or 4 boneless/skinless chicken
1 box of either turkey or chicken stuffing, make as directions on box. Set aside
1 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
And the vegetables you wish to put with your dish.

Serve it on a plate and add your favorite vegetables. I don't include potatoes with this dish because the stuffing I classify as a starch. I'm letting you know that this dish taste like a full turkey dinner. Put cranberries with it and it's simply delicious. I hope you try it and enjoy. "Bon Appetit"
