here is my cup of soup .just ready to eat all
if u want to eat.first read its importance than u not wasting your time to create acup so here my cup

Many American unfortunetly don't get the recommended amount of vegetables. Adding soup to your diet can help you increase your vegetable intake, especially if you select a vegetarian soup, such as gazpacho, a tomato-based soup that is served cold. A study published in "The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry" in March 2006 found that eating gazpacho every day for two weeks helped increase vitamin C levels in study participants. Cooked soups, however, are not usually high in vitamin C because its a heat-sensitive vitamin. They did provide other nutrients. now For example, ready-to-serve vegetable soup and chicken noodle soup each have almost 50% percent of the daily value for vitamin A and more than 10% percent of the DV for selenium and potassium.
