Malam minggu di rumah aja? Ga masalah, asalkan menghabiskan waktu itu tetap bersama keluarga. Seperti Malam ini, saya bersama keluarga kecil saya menikmati malam mingguan dengan santapan ikan bakar kerapu.

Pertama cuci bersih ikan, garami dan peras jeruk nipis.

Lalu siapkan bumbu, untuk 1 ikan kerapu ukuran ini cukup haluskan 4 butir kemiri, 4 bawang merah, kunyit 1 sendok teh, kecap 1 sendok makan, jintan manis 1 sendok teh.

Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu tersebut lalu bakar.
