Quiche Lorrane/キッシュ・ロレーヌ
Today’s menu is Quiche Lorrane that has sautéed bacon, heavy cream and gruyere cheese. The tart dough was made by my husband!!! It tastes wonderful with a glass of crispy white wine :-)
今日のメニューは、キッシュ・ロレーヌです。材料は、カリカリになるまで炒めたベーコン、生クリーム、グリエチーズです。タルトの皮は、主人のお手製です。かんぱ〜い！
