Too many days passed to upvote. Can't say I've ever seen upscale German food. Never been to Germany but in expat areas it's all bar food. There's either no demand or there's no such thing.
Thanks for your comment. I had this meal at a cider bar in Chicago. The building had originally been a Masonic Lodge but was renovated into a restaurant/bar. Beautiful space. Thanks again and best of luck.
