Warm salad
Hello dear friends!
My day was perfect today! And how are you feeling?
I want to share with you my favourite summer recipe. Sometimes I cook this salad in spring or autumn, but oftener in summer, because you have all needed ingredients. They are fresh and full of vitamins. That’s why our salad will be not only tasty, but healthy.
This salad you should eat warm, thus it tastes better and more tasty.
Ingredients:
Macaroni or pasta (to your liking)
3-4 big tomatoes
1 can of sardines
Some cress salad
Some herbs (to your liking)
3-5 quail eggs (for decoration, to your liking)
Salt, pepper
Mayo or sour cream
Cook the pasta or macaroni. Then chop or cut in small pieces tomatoes. Tomatoes should be more than macaroni. Then add sardines without oil from the can. I cut them in small pieces. Chop herbs, if you want. I used some parsley. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then add salt, pepper and mayo.
You can decorate your salad with cress salad’s leaves and halves of quail eggs.

I love salads that includes pasta! are one of my favorite! I think you can substitute the sardines for tuna too! and if you want to save some calories you can use plain yogurt instead of mayo! good one :)
