Homemade cakes recipe
Necessary products:
for 10 cakes:
450 grams of flour
280 grams of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
7 grams of dry yeast
Preparation:
To the warm water add the yeast and a spoonful of sugar. Stir and leave for a short while the yeast becomes active. Sift the flour and make a middle sprout.
Mix all ingredients in the bowl with a wooden spoon. Knead peeled fruit for 10 minutes or until the dough becomes smooth, non-stick and elastic. It should not be sticky.
Divide the dough into pieces of 75 grams each and form them into marbles. Cover them with nylon foil and let them relax for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into flat circles not too thin with a thickness of 7-8 millimeters and place them on a well-gaunt surface to avoid sticking. Cover the so-formed dough with plastic foil and allow it to rise for 40 minutes. When ready, heat the pan with a non-stick coating and lightly smear it with melted butter mixed with olive oil.
Bake two to three minutes on each side. Wrap cakes while they are still warm in a large kitchen to keep them soft until you get ready to serve them.
