Arabian bread with Beans, chickpeas and roasted pumpkins is perfect for dry picnic,family bonding and great snacks for those who want a great taste of this delicious and veggies food. For those who like veggies..here is the food that perfect for your food urge.😊
Necessary products:
300 grams of beans canned
150 grams of canned chickpeas
250 grams of roasted pumpkin
½ parsley connection
½ onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
2 tablespoons of rice flour
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon of smoked red pepper
Salt and pepper
Frying Oil
Preparation:
Strain well the beans and chickpeas from the water. Put all the products in a kitchen chop and chop until you get a homogeneous mixture. Try and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
Heat three medium table spoonfuls of olive oil in a large pan with a non-stick coating. Put a whole tablespoon of the mixture in a few places in the pan and form lightly. Fry to golden-brown, turn on the other side. Prepare this until the amount is exhausted.
To garnish the sandwiches, prepare a finely chopped salad of cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and sweet corn in grains. Season with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Prepare also yogurt and garlic sauce, if you like.
Place two tablespoons of fresh salad in a lightly-covered Arabian bread on a non-stick pan and add the meatballs.
