How to make a Coconut candy.

Coconut candy is one of my favorite dessert, i like the sweet taste, the texture and the way u melt in my mouth. If you want to try this at your home. Here's how:

Necessary products:

125 grams of white chocolate, the best one you can find
¼ cup of coconut cream or coconut oil
¼ cup of toasted coconut oil, there is a recipe for making it
1 teaspoon coconut rum
6 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut
1 handful of roasted almonds
1 cup of toasted coconut flakes for candy wrapping


For toasted coconut oil:

2 cups of coconut flakes from fresh coconut

Preparation:

To make the toasted coconut oil:
Place 2 cups of coconut flakes in an oven heated to 180 ° C for about 10-15 minutes. Check every 5 minutes and stir several times - can easily burn.


Put the toasted coconut flakes in a blender and chop for 5-7 minutes until the oil is released and the mixture becomes a sandy consistency. First it will be liquid, but will subsequently harden. Store the coconut cream in a jar (it is not necessary to stay in the fridge). The oil is wonderfully smeared on toast or added to oatmeal, it is also great for glazes as well as for other applications.

To make candy:

Melt the white chocolate of water. Add coconut oil and coconut cream to it and gently heat the water if you still have solid pieces of cream or butter. Then add 6 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut. Stir well.


Place the mixture in the refrigerator until the mixture is tight and is convenient to make candy.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture, put a whole almond inside and form a circular candy with your hands.
Roll each candy in toasted coconut to cover it evenly.
