Grilled Chicken for our Sunday Dinner
Today I grilled 2 whole Chickens on our Weber Grill with a Rotisserie from Moesta BBQ.
The Grill is filled with Bambuko Briquetts and regulated to 200 °C - 220 °C (392 °F - 428 °F)
About 50 Minutes later the Chickens were done. I use a inner temperature of 70 °C (158 °F) for the Breast and 80 °C (176 °F) for the legs.
The Chicken was served with Rice and a Ratatouille. The Ratatouille was made out of: Zucchini, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onion and Garlic.
It tasted great and was a really nice Meal for a Sunday.
