Looks delicious! Chickpea miso is my favorite, too. I usually throw in a bit of wakame, too, for the extra minerals.

yes!! great idea and thanks for the reminder on the seaweeds - I will get right back on that - i think i ate all of ours that was in the pantry.... i love the flavor of the chickpea, and soy free!
