It's not hard to do, just time consuming, processing all that celery. Then dehydrating it reduces it a lot. Takes a good amount of powder to salt, something like the better part of a quart to 1/2 cup sea salt. That's a rough guess, I go by taste. But definitely worth the time and effort!
