I've bookmarked it now. Never knew it was this straight forward to make ACV. Will have to see if I can forage any apples as our tree only has two on it. :(
I hope you can find some apples ! Around here people just let them fall to the ground and rot - I have quite a few spots that I just raid for apples because no one else wants them. (lol).
