Recipe for Mozzarella Cheese Sufflé..!!!!
The only thing you have to keep in mind to make this easy mozzarella cheese soufflé recipe is that you'll have to keep an eye on the oven to make sure it inflates to your liking. So cheer up and enjoy a light and different cheese aperitif.
Ingredients:
500 grams of mozzarella cheese
300 grams of wheat flour
5 units of Egg
1 squirt of milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Steps to follow to make this recipe:

Pre-cook the ingredients.

Separate egg whites and yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the egg yolks and the grated mozzarella cheese. Mix carefully so that the egg whites do not fall.

Add the sifted wheat flour. Mix.

Take the mixture to greased moulds.

Preheat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bring the moulds to this temperature for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave to cool.

Serve each cheese souffle as a starter or snack and enjoy.
