Hello everyone, I want to tell you a story about where I started my career as a cook.
Good day to all. And today I will tell you about the restaurant which was called "Odessa". Not modest restaurant of my city. Where I actually started working somewhere else in 2009 as an assistant chef.
Then it seemed to me that I was working in a super restaurant. Since I was still a small and naive guy. I tried to learn all the techniques of cooks, to cover all the knowledge of cooks. It's crap when I fucking laugh. I remember my first banquets for 100 people, and how I worried that I would not make a dish on time. My mentor was chief rovar Anna. She was wicked and strict, for me it was wild if it is honest that a person behaves this way. But over time, I realized the discipline of the kitchen and even probably thank her for the fact that she raised me so in the kitchen. After all, without her I would probably shyas would not become a chef. I remember the funny moment, we had a complete landing of people and we cooked at full speed, and chef cook Anna gives me dry leaves of basil and says the prom, just do not water it. I'm at a loss how to do this and I laugh because I realized that she made a reservation. So here are the guys, and what are your first jobs? Write in the comments!
