It's good to be back, even in a more limited capacity than I'm used to. While my wife continues to mend, I'm going to be on and off Steemit like normal folks. :)

I think it turned out pretty good. A little less chili powder, maybe all fresh tomatoes, more beans and another twenty to thirty minutes of simmer and it would have been even better.

This week will be interesting to see what people say since I kind of went overboard again. :)
