¡Venezuelan Tequeños in 10 simple steps!

4 cups of all-purpose or leavening flour

1 cup of milk or water at room temperature

2 Tablespoons of Butter

1 pinch of salt

1 egg

Llanero Cheese

Preparation:

1.-We melt the two tablespoons of butter in the microwave, we only put 15 seconds and ready: melted!

2.-In a sufficiently spacious container we place: the cup of water or milk at room temperature, the melted butter and the egg. We mix everything well!

3.-We add the pinch of salt and keep mixing.

4.-Cup by cup we are adding and mixing the flour all use or leavening, we continue mixing and placing the flour until we see that it has buildure the mass (Here is the photo of how it should be seen)

5.- We knead very well, from the corners inwards, always taking the corners towards the middle of the dough.

6.-After having the dough ready we begin to stretch until the dough is fully extended.

7.-Chop the cheese strips that we will fill our tequeños with.

8.- We proceed to chop the dough strips in the form of a column, not vertical.

9.- Roll the cheese with the dough strip that you chop until the cheese is completely covered.

10.- We can fry at once when ready or we can refrigerate our tequeños for any occasion.
