The Nigerian Jollof Rice | Introduction

In almost every corner of the world, there is always a particular dish appreciated by inhabitants of that country..Africa as continent ha varieties of dishes and methods of preparation of these dishes.
Nigeria one of Africa's biggest nation comes to mind when talking about dishes..she is blessed with more than 300 tribes. Having Ibo, Yoruba and Hausa as the major. each of these tribes has their own indigenous dish

Jollof Rice i will say is an "everybody meal" can be cooked by any tribe...Though colour of the food(slight change), presentation, and time taken to prepare differs. Then it can be decorated with beef, sea-foods, eggs and also fruits.

In Africa , Nigerian Jollof rice is tagged the best!!!!!
