Walnut is a good source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 essential fatty acids. It also contains antioxidants. It is healthy diet for heart and treatment of diabetes and cancer.

Walnut is something delicious to eat with honey or jam, but should think of how much to consume, as generally nuts are very rich in calories as well. It is easy to hit 500 calories just from air ;)
